Performance Ads & Digital Conversion

Bouygues Telecom Services is part of the Bouygues Telecom group and operates in customer support and contact services, with teams based across France and Portugal.

SocialWise developed and optimized a digital recruitment strategy across multiple editions of the project, focused on generating qualified leads and continuously improving campaign performance.

In 2025, SocialWise developed the first edition of the project, building a complete digital funnel with campaigns, landing pages, automations, and a communication strategy.

In 2026, the project evolved into a second edition, where the strategy was optimized based on previous data, allowing for significant improvements in both performance and results.

What did we develop throughout the project?

Digital Campaigns

In the first edition, we combined Meta Ads and Google Search campaigns to maximize reach and attract candidates with stronger intent.

In the second edition, the strategy was optimized based on performance data, focusing exclusively on Meta Ads to improve campaign efficiency and overall results.

Landing Page

Landing page developed for the first edition, focused on conversion, direct communication, and an integrated form.

In the second edition, it was kept as the foundation, ensuring consistency and optimized performance.

Communication & Automation

Communication sequence including confirmation, reminder, and follow-up emails, ensuring close engagement with each candidate throughout the process.

In the first edition, communication was handled through email. In the second edition, it was reinforced with SMS communication, increasing attendance rates and improving the overall effectiveness of the funnel.

Based on the results of the first edition, the strategy was optimized and applied to a second phase of the project, allowing candidate acquisition to scale significantly.

The improved performance and reduced cost per lead demonstrate the effectiveness of a data-driven approach and continuous optimization.
